An Interview with My Daughter
This adorable interview format comes from the blog Let’s Explore. I interviewed Miss Petrie, who is almost 3 1/2 years old. I’ll give you my 2 cents, too.

March 2006
I really love it when we make lemonade.
We made lemonade last week and put it in a miniature white pitcher.
My mom likes to make cookies.
This is very true. Our little neighbor calls me the “cookie lady”.
My mom always tells me, “follow me.”
True, true.
The best thing she does is play blocks with me.
This is math nerd parenting at its best!
It makes her happy when she wears jewelry.
I always wear earrings.
My mom loves to relax by sitting in the massage chair.
Good way to get rid of shoulder tension from carrying a ginormous 3 year old!
I like it when mom lets me watch cartoons.
Indeed! I like when she watches cartoons too, but for different reasons.
The best thing she cooks is edamame.
I’m glad she appreciates vegetables.
When my mom shops she likes to buy lanterns.
Miss Petrie loves miniature lanterns we’ve seen at Michael’s and Target.
My mom’s favorite household chore is dusting and sweeping.
I DO dust and sweep daily.
My mom’s favorite TV show is “HGTV”.
I’m sure to most kids (and men) this channel does seem like one loooong show.
If she could go on a trip, she would go to the airport.
Good linear thinking, Miss Petrie!
I love my mom because I do!!
Thanks, baby.
Lovely! That’s a keeper for the scrapbook. Happy Mother’s Day!

Soo sweet! What a great idea!
Happy Pink Saturday a day late!

Thanks for the Mother’s Day dosage of sweetness! Lots of love, Mom
