Casa Petrie

On Sunday we harvested one Patio tomato, a handful of purple beans, two lemon cucumbers, two eggplant,

a summer squash, jalapeños, an Anaheim chile and lots of basil.  Which I promptly turned into several little containers of pesto.

It is so nice to get food from the garden.  It doesn’t fulfill all our produce needs, but it helps make our meals healthier and cheaper to make.
