It’s been so darn hot the past few weeks that we are trying not to use the oven or stove. We’ve found the grill to be quite multifunctional. Last Friday we made green chile, ham, colby jack cheese and green onion pizzas. The green chile was from last year’s garden (we had grilled the chiles and frozen them). The kids got the same pizza, sans chile.
