The Updated Photo Mosaic Wall
I updated the photo wall in the dining room a few weeks ago. I have some striking new art (thank you, D!) I plan to intersperse with our photos all over the house and this is the beginning. I also added in some new family pictures.
I’m contemplating buying a green matte for my new piece of art. I think it might make the piece pop, but I have a couple of hesitations. First, I’ve tried to keep the mattes black or white all over the house. My second reservation is that I don’t want a colorful matte to look hokey or out of place. I will have to think on this one.
Here are some other iterations of the photo mosaic wall: from March 2010 and September 2009.
Enjoy your day, friends.

I think it would look nice with a different color mat around it.

Your gallery wall looks great. Love the variation on sizes and color and how the lightswitch on this wall is kind of disguised!
