We have one digital camera.  It is used a lot and I have taken great pains to keep Miss Petrie away from it.  In December at my baby shower I relented and let Miss Petrie take some photos.  Last weekend we let her take some more photos and some of them were pretty amazing!

When I first saw this photo I thought the candle holder had actually been broken, then I realized the shadows were creating that illusion.

I’m still a little scared to put our camera in Miss Petrie’s hands, but she seems to have a perspective that I should encourage.  I’ll have to think about it.
