Creativity and Love

Seven Loves
1. My family, of course. Yesterday my daughter said to me, “Superheroes-they get wedgies?” Who wouldn’t love someone who could ask such a sincere and hilarious question?
2. My pets: they greet me when I wake, they always sit at my feet, they protect my family and my home.
3. My home: My diminutive home is comfortable, mostly clean, and decorated to my liking. I’m proud of all the work we’ve done on it and I’m looking forward to finishing and starting more projects to make it even better for us.
4. My friends: We enjoy each other’s company, share in our happiness, and support each other in our troubles.
5. Staying home with Miss Petrie: I’m so grateful to be able to stay home with my kiddo. I enjoy all the fun things we get to do daily.
6. A Career I Value: But, when I’m ready to go back to work, I’ll love going back to work as a math teacher. Almost daily I see things or hear things and I think, “I can’t wait to use that when I go back to teaching. The kids will love it!”
7. Reading: On average, I read about a hundred pages a day. I’m a big fan of paranormal fiction and series. I also read lots of non-fiction so I can learn about all the things I don’t know about, which is a lot!

You are a math teacher? I thought I read that on the bottom once, but I forgot! Maybe if I had a teacher as nice as you I would have done better in math. : )
