Every night as Mr. Petrie bathes the girls, I make work and school lunches. Miss Petrie’s been pleased with the lunches, although I must admit that the baked tofu snack didn’t go over so well. I tried. It’s so much fun to put together cute, nutritious lunches. Have a great day.

Here is the lovely Armenian cucumber cut into slices. Doesn’t it look fancy? Our last two seasons of cucumbers have been finicky. Two years ago we got a few beautiful cucumbers, then aphids attacked.
